1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Algoritma Agency ("Company") services, website, or products, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Algoritma Agency provides custom software development, SEO services, web design, AI integration, digital marketing, and related technology services. Specific terms for each engagement are defined in individual service agreements.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete information for project requirements
- Respond to requests for feedback or approvals in a timely manner
- Ensure you have the right to use any content, images, or materials provided to us
- Make payments according to the agreed schedule
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom-developed work product, source code, and deliverables created specifically for a client project become the property of the client. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies developed by Algoritma Agency remain our property.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information shared during the course of the engagement. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement for a period of 3 years.
6. Payment Terms
- Project fees are agreed upon in individual service proposals
- A deposit may be required before work commences
- Invoices are due within 7 business days unless otherwise agreed
- Late payments may incur additional charges
7. Limitation of Liability
Algoritma Agency's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 3 months preceding the claim.
8. Warranties and Disclaimers
Our services are provided "as is" with a 30-day post-launch support period. We do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic numbers, or business outcomes from SEO services. Results depend on many factors beyond our control.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a service agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed to date. We will deliver all completed work product upon receipt of final payment.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in Istanbul courts.
