Sent is not delivered. The report knows the difference.
High-volume bulk messaging with a dealer hierarchy, balance management, consent filtering and per-message delivery reporting. Every message carries a reason code, not just a status.
The consent gate is not optional
Commercial electronic message rules in Turkey are not advisory. Every recipient list passes through an İYS check before sending, opt-outs are removed, and the record of what was sent to whom is retained — because that record is exactly what an inspection asks for.
The 5.512 numbers that were removed are not a loss. They are the fine you did not pay and the complaint you did not receive.
Credit flows down, usage reports up
Each dealer gets their own panel, their own balance and their own customers. A dealer sees the accounts beneath them and never above — which is what makes reselling possible without exposing your margin.
Everything between the list and the report
High-volume sending
Campaigns queued and dispatched at operator-safe rates with scheduling, so a hundred thousand messages do not become a hundred thousand problems.
İYS consent filtering
Opt-outs removed before sending and opt-out requests processed automatically. Send records retained for the period the regulation requires.
Dealer hierarchy
Multi-level dealer structure with credit allocation top-down and usage reporting bottom-up, each level isolated from the one above.
Balance and pricing
Credit balances per account with per-dealer pricing, so your margin is defined once and applied automatically at every level.
Delivery reporting
Per-message status with reason codes, and on bulk campaigns the operator where failures concentrate — which is usually a routing problem, not a list problem.
API for your own system
Key-based API endpoint so your application triggers order confirmations, appointment reminders and OTP messages directly.
Where 6% of a campaign actually went
A single delivery percentage tells you nothing you can act on. A breakdown by operator and reason tells you whether the problem is your list, your content or your route.
Operator C is the outlier. That is a routing conversation with your provider — not something to fix by editing your message.
Every reason to send
E-commerce
Order confirmations, shipping notices, abandoned basket campaigns.
Clinics and services
Appointment reminders, results ready, recall cycles.
Schools and courses
Absence notices, exam results, parent announcements.
Agencies and resellers
Dealer hierarchy, per-client balances, white-label panels.
Frequently asked
How are sender ID and operator approval handled?
Bulk SMS in Turkey requires İYS registration and an approved sender ID. These are administrative processes run on the operator side; the software does not perform them but is configured to work with your approved sender ID.
Is there protection against sending without consent?
Yes, and it is not optional. Numbers that have opted out in İYS are blocked, opt-out requests are processed and send records are retained. Commercial electronic message regulation requires those records.
How does the dealer structure work?
Each dealer gets their own panel, balance and customers. Credit is allocated top-down and usage is reported bottom-up; a dealer sees the accounts beneath them, never above.
How detailed are delivery reports?
Per-message status — delivered, failed, pending at operator — with reason codes. On bulk campaigns you can also see which operator the failures concentrate in.
Can we send from our own system via API?
Yes. An API endpoint with key-based authorisation is provided, so your own application can trigger individual messages such as order confirmations or appointment reminders directly.
What is the difference between sent and delivered?
Sent means the message left the platform; delivered means the operator confirmed it reached the handset. A system that only reports 'sent' is hiding the number that matters, which is why reason codes are shown per message here.
Can we white-label the panel for dealers?
Yes. Dealer panels can carry their own branding and domain, so a reseller can present the service as their own without your identity appearing.
