Beauty Salon & Hairdresser
An empty chair
loses money quietly.
Appointments, session packages, staff commission and product stock in one place. Who is free when, how many sessions a client has left, what commission is due at month end — none of it lives in a notebook any more.
Dashed cells are free hours — you can see them without saying "let me check" on the phone.
Figures are illustrative. Your own salon defines its staff, service durations and opening hours.
"How many sessions did I have left?" — answered.
In a salon that sells packages this is the most common argument. The system deducts each session and the client sees it on their own phone. Sessions left, expiry date and who performed it are all on record.
A package close to running out flags while the client is still in the chair — the renewal conversation happens there, not at the door.
An empty hour has a bill. Nobody sends it.
Rent, staff and electricity are paid whether the chair is full or not. The calculation below is illustrative and gets rebuilt on your own numbers.
We are not presenting this as a miracle that fills your chairs. Reminder messages and simply making free hours visible lift occupancy by a few points in most salons — the rest is how you run the place.
No arguments over commission at month end.
Every service is recorded with whoever performed it. Commission rates can differ by service type and retail sales can be counted separately. The list at month end is the same list you both see.
Commission rates are defined per service type and retail can carry its own rate. Staff can see their own figures live on their screen.
Consumables are a cost too.
If nobody tracks where the colour, the cream and the wax go, service profit stays a guess. Define consumption per service and every treatment shows its real cost.
Consumption per service
How many grams of colour a balayage uses is defined; performing the service deducts it from stock automatically.
Retail sales
Shampoo and care products sold in the salon are their own line and enter commission at their own rate.
Low-stock alerts
A colour or material running out drops onto the order list by itself. Nothing 'runs out' with a client in the chair.
Service profitability
With consumables deducted, you see which services actually earn — and update the price list against that.
The rest of the salon
WhatsApp reminders
A message goes out the day before. No-show rates drop visibly in salons that send reminders.
Online booking
Clients see free slots and book from their own phone. The diary fills without the salon phone ringing.
Client history
Which colour, which tone, which allergy note. New staff start already knowing the client.
Birthdays and win-backs
Clients who haven't been in for a while get listed. A campaign message goes to those who won't come back on their own, not to everyone.
Questions
My staff aren't good with computers — can they use it?
The booking screen works like a calendar; you drag and drop. All a stylist has to learn is to look at their own column and close off a treatment. We train on site after installation.
Can clients see their package sessions too?
Yes. Clients see their remaining sessions and appointments on their own phone. That ends most session disputes before they start.
Do appointment reminders cost extra?
WhatsApp and SMS delivery is charged by the operator, not by the software. We calculate the monthly cost for the channel you choose before installation and tell you.
I have several branches — can I manage them together?
Yes. Each branch runs its own diary and till, while the owner screen shows occupancy, revenue and commission tables for all of them side by side.
Can I import my existing client list?
From Excel or a phone contact list, yes. If you have outstanding package balances we bring those across too; if they haven't been kept tidily we look together at what can safely be moved.
If the internet goes down, do I lose my bookings?
No. Records live on the server, short outages show the last known state and sync when the connection returns. On busy days you can still print the day's schedule.
Let's look at
one week of your salon.
How many staff, which services, roughly how many appointments. We'll build a demo on your own schedule and walk you through it.
