An hour that never reaches an invoice is an hour lost.
In a firm billing by the hour, the biggest loss is not the discount but the hour nobody wrote down. Time is entered on the file itself, and the invoice falls out at month end.
Hourly rates can differ by file, client and lawyer. On fixed-fee work time is still recorded — it just doesn't reach the invoice, so you can see what the work really cost.
The client knows before they call to ask.
When something happens on their file, a notification goes out. How much detail is shared is up to you — every step for some clients, only hearing dates for others.
Hearing reminders
Before a hearing the client is sent the date, time and court. If attendance is required that is stated too.
Case developments
Interim decisions, expert reports or service of documents trigger a notification. Which events are shared is set per file.
Fees and disbursements
Court fees paid and expenses incurred are recorded, and the client can see the breakdown for their own file.
Document exchange
Documents requested from the client are uploaded into the system. The "I already sent it" argument ends with a record.

Pleading templates
Frequently used pleadings are stored as templates with file details filled in automatically.
Permissions and confidentiality
Each lawyer sees only their own files. Trainee and secretarial permissions are defined separately.
Double alerts
A critical deadline reaches both the handler and the principal. An alert left to one person is not an alert.
Opponent and counsel records
Which files you have previously faced the same opponent or the same counsel on comes out as a list.
Disbursement advances
Advances received, expenses incurred and the remaining balance are visible per file.
Archive and search
Closed files move into a searchable archive. A question years later gets an answer with a document.
Questions
Does it integrate with the national court system?
We do not claim direct integration — the interfaces courts open to outside systems are limited and change. This software is a practice-management layer: it manages your files, deadlines, time records and client communication. Information you take from the court system is entered manually or by file import.
Does the system calculate the deadline?
You define the deadline — how many days, from which date. The system counts down and alerts. When a period legally began is the lawyer's assessment; the software does not make that judgement for you, it simply doesn't forget the one you made.
How much can the client see?
Entirely your setting, defined per file: hearing dates only, or interim decisions and documents as well. Showing nothing at all is also an option.
Where is our data stored?
On your own server or on hosting we provide — you choose at setup. Legal data falls under professional privilege; either way access is logged and backups are defined.
Can we import our existing files?
A file list from Excel or your current software imports. If you have a document archive we match it by file number; if the naming is irregular we look together at what can be moved.
Is there a limit on lawyers or files?
No limit, and no per-user fee. Growing the firm does not require additional licences.
