Grocery & Corner Shop
The credit ledger can't burn, get lost, or start an argument.
Barcode till, customer credit tracking, shelf and expiry alerts, end-of-day close. The things a corner shop actually uses — without getting lost among a hundred features you don't need.
Scales can be connected — cheese and vegetables come through by weight, with no mental arithmetic at the till. Figures are illustrative.
Who owes what, and for how long?
A paper ledger answers neither question: how old is this debt, and has this customer hit their limit. The system shows both — at the till, while the customer is standing there.
A customer at their limit raises a warning at the till. Overriding it needs permission — the cashier isn't left to decide alone.
A short message goes to customers whose debt passes a set age. You write the wording; for a neighbourhood shop, tone matters more than the collection itself.
An expired product costs you twice.
Once for the product, and once for the customer who no longer trusts that shelf. Expiry tracking starts at goods-in; the list appears before the date arrives.

Shelf space going to waste
A product without an entered expiry date raises no warning — the system can't invent what it wasn't told. Making a habit of entering expiry at goods-in is the precondition for this module doing anything.
Closing takes ten minutes.
The system knows what should be in the till. It's compared against the counted cash, and if there's a difference you can see which shift it arose in. No doubt carried into tomorrow.
Talk about profit, not turnover.
The best-selling category is not always the one that earns most. Once cost prices are entered, margin by category falls out on its own — and that is what you update price labels and choose promotions against.
In this illustrative table tobacco is first on turnover and last on profit. Most shops produce a similar picture — and shelf layout decisions come out of it.

Scales and barcodes
Scanner and scales connect. Weighed items aren't calculated by hand and appear on the receipt by weight.
Receipts and invoices
Works with your fiscal till and issues invoices when needed. The daily report exports to accounting.
Order list
Lines below their reorder level come out as a list grouped by supplier.
Promotions
Second one free, three for two, loyalty discounts — applied automatically at the till.
Multiple tills
A second till shares the same stock. Reports break down by shift and by cashier.
Selling offline
If the connection drops the till keeps working and records sync when it returns.
Questions
Do I have to replace my fiscal till?
In most cases no. If your till supports a connection the system talks to it. Tell us the model and we'll confirm compatibility before installation.
Do I have to enter every product by hand?
Most barcoded products come from a ready product database; you enter only your cost and selling price. For your own or unbarcoded goods you generate your own code.
Will credit tracking upset my customers?
That is entirely in your hands. Reminder messages are optional, you write the wording and you choose who receives them. The system only shows you who owes what and since when.
I'm not good with computers — is it hard?
The till screen is scan-and-press. Where people struggle is product entry and price updates; we do the initial load at installation and show you the rest on site.
How many branches does it handle?
There is no branch limit. Each branch runs its own stock and till, and the owner screen shows them together. Transfers between branches are recorded too.
What happens if the power or internet goes out?
If the internet drops the till keeps selling locally and syncs when it returns. For power cuts we recommend a UPS — that has nothing to do with this software and every shop should have one.
