They bought the course. Where did they stop watching?

Course delivery, video hosting, progress tracking, verifiable certificates and access control in one platform. The lesson where students quit becomes a number you can fix, not a feeling.

The real problem

A hundred people start. How many finish?

This is the shape of almost every online course, and most platforms never show it to you. Once you can see which lesson loses people, the fix is usually one lesson long.

The steepest fall is between lessons 4 and 6. That is not a student problem — it is a content problem, and it is fixable in an afternoon once you know where it is.

What it does

Everything between enrolment and certificate

Video delivery that survives volume

Videos hosted on your own storage or a video platform you choose, with signed and expiring links. Serving video from a normal web server is where most course businesses first break.

Progress and drop-off tracking

Which lesson was watched, how much of it, and where the student stopped. Drop-off clusters are the single most useful signal you will get about your own content.

Access control

Signed, expiring links, download friction and account-sharing detection. To be clear: no system stops someone recording their screen — the aim is to make copying laborious and traceable.

Verifiable certificates

Completion conditions defined per course, certificate generated automatically and carrying a public verification link so an employer can confirm it is genuine.

Student and cohort management

Individual enrolments, corporate cohorts and time-limited access. A company can buy fifty seats and manage its own people without going through you.

Enrolment and access rules

Free preview lessons, staged unlocking, expiry dates and renewals. Payment integration is deliberately switched off in this project for now and can be enabled separately.

The certificate

A certificate nobody can fake

Every certificate carries a public verification link. An employer opens it and sees the course, the completion date and the conditions that were met — instead of a PDF anyone could edit.

Questions

Frequently asked

Where is video hosted?

On your own server or a dedicated video platform. If serious viewing volume is expected, a dedicated platform is strongly recommended — serving video from a normal web server is both costly and inconsistent in quality.

Can content be protected?

Signed, expiring links, download friction and account-sharing detection can be set up. To be clear: no system fully stops someone recording their screen. The aim is to make copying laborious and traceable.

Is student progress tracked?

Yes — which lesson was watched, how much was completed and where it was abandoned. Where drop-offs cluster is the single most useful signal for fixing the content.

Can certificates be issued?

Yes. Completion conditions are defined, the certificate is generated automatically and carries a verifiable link so third parties can confirm it is genuine.

Can courses be sold in instalments?

Payment infrastructure is deliberately switched off in this project for now; the current focus is enrolment, access and delivery. A payment flow can be enabled separately when it is wanted.

Can companies buy seats for their staff?

Yes. A corporate account can hold a number of seats and assign them to its own people, with completion reporting back to the company rather than to you.
