Car Park & Valet Operations
The barrier stops being the place money disappears.
Plate-based entry and exit, automatic fee calculation, subscriber recognition and shift-based cash reconciliation. How many cars came in, how many went out, what should have been in the till — all on one screen.
Tap a level — the plan switches to that level's live state. Figures are illustrative; your screen shows your own capacity.
Plate read. The system decides in three seconds.
Pick a vehicle type below and watch what the barrier does. With no camera the attendant types the plate — the rest of the flow is identical.
On exit the duration and tariff are calculated automatically.
An expired subscription warns at the gate, so the attendant isn't left guessing.
A vehicle with a debt can't drive back in and vanish.
The tariff sets the price, not the attendant.
Time of day, weekday, subscriber type and grace period are all defined as rules. Tap a duration and see how the total is reached.
A vehicle leaving inside the grace period is not charged. You set that period.
A started hour counts as full — this rule can be switched off.
Once the daily cap is passed the system drops to the cap by itself.
Night tariffs can be defined separately, and weekends can have their own rate.
The handover argument ends.
At the end of a shift the system already knows how much should have been collected. It is compared against the counted cash, and the shift does not close until the difference is explained. In a car park the loss is rarely one big theft — it is a few open tickets a day.
When are you full, and when are you empty?
This is what you change the tariff against. In a car park that fills in the morning and empties at night, an evening discount raises revenue; in one that is full all day, a discount only costs you.
The rest of the operation
Works without cameras
With plate recognition, entry and exit are automatic. Without it the attendant types the plate; tariffs, subscribers and reconciliation all work the same.
Subscriber management
Monthly, corporate and staff subscriptions. Expiring subscribers get an automatic reminder and the attendant is warned at the gate.
Permission limits
Discounts and ticket voids are permission-bound. Who may discount how much is defined; anything above it goes to a manager.
Valet module
Key handover, vehicle location, recall. The customer recalls their car by QR code and the valet signals when it is ready.
Reports
Daily, per-shift and monthly revenue reports, exported by level, hour and tariff.
Runs offline
If the connection drops, entry and exit continue locally and records sync once it returns.
Questions
Do I need plate recognition cameras?
No. With cameras, entry and exit are fully automatic. Without them the attendant types the plate; fee calculation, subscriber recognition and cash reconciliation work exactly the same. You can add cameras later without changing the software.
Can I keep my existing barriers and turnstiles?
In most cases yes. If the barrier has a dry contact input the system can drive it directly. Tell us the model and we will confirm compatibility before installation.
Does the car park stop if the internet goes down?
No. Entry and exit keep being recorded locally and sync to the centre when the connection returns. That matters for the cash reconciliation to add up.
I run several car parks — can I see them in one place?
Yes. Each site manages its own shifts and till, while the manager screen lists occupancy and revenue for all of them together.
Can an attendant change the calculated fee?
Only with permission, and every discount is recorded with the name of whoever applied it and appears as its own line at handover. An attendant without permission cannot alter the tariff.
How long does installation take?
Without cameras we are usually running within a week. With camera and barrier integration it depends on the site; we give a date after the survey.
