The total is rising — but from where?
A rising total does not mean every subject is going well. A fall in one subject can hide behind a rise in another. Looking subject by subject is what tells you where to spend the study hour.
The fall in science is invisible in the total because the rise in mathematics covers it. Without this row the study hour would have gone to the wrong subject.
Don't let the study hour go to waste.
The timetable is built around the student's weakest subject and fitted to tutor availability. The student knows where to be and when — and so does the parent.
Exam day and review time are part of the timetable. A mock exam that isn't reviewed doesn't raise the score — the timetable makes the review compulsory.
The parent report goes out every week by itself.
Attendance, questions worked, mock score and the tutor's note on one page. Parents get information without calling; when they do call, there is something concrete to talk about.
Clear progress in mathematics, especially on word problems. Physics questions are lagging in science; two extra sessions are planned for next week. Some homework came in late — worth discussing together.
The report goes out by WhatsApp or email. It won't send before the tutor's note is added — an automatic but empty report tells nobody anything.
A student who is about to leave shows it first.
Most enrolment loss doesn't happen at once: attendance slips, then homework drops, then the enrolment isn't renewed. Watching those three together buys you time to talk to the parent.
A student whose attendance and homework rate fall together lands on the list. That isn't a prediction, just two simple numbers combined — but in most centres that combining never happens.

Questions
Do we key in mock exam results by hand?
If you have an optical reader the results file imports directly. If not, you enter the answer key once and upload student answers; scoring is automatic. You don't have to type scores one by one.
Does the parent report send automatically?
It is prepared automatically but won't send until the tutor adds a note. We built it that way deliberately: a report with no human comment doesn't satisfy parents, and can even create distrust.
How many students and tutors does it handle?
No limit on either, and no per-user fee. Growing the centre does not require additional licences.
Can students see their own progress?
If you want them to. A student can be given access to their own score chart, timetable and homework. Some centres prefer not to; the setting is yours.
Can we define different exam formats?
Yes. National exams or your own internal mocks — subjects, question counts and weighting are defined separately. If a new format appears you can add it yourself.
How is attendance recorded?
Registers are taken at the start of a session — by QR code, name list or tutor confirmation. You decide which method; all three produce the same record.
