Candidates can see their own progress on their phone: hours remaining, exam date and payment status. Those are the three questions that occupy a driving school most. Figures are illustrative.
If the car is free the instructor isn't, and vice versa.
A driving lesson needs three things free at once: the candidate, the instructor and the vehicle. Without checking all three, cancellations and waiting build up during the day.
When a car goes into service, the lessons in those hours aren't silently dropped — the system shows them to you and you move them to another vehicle. Bulk reassignment happens on one screen.
Sending a candidate to a test with hours missing is the school's problem.
A candidate cannot sit the test before the mandatory hours are complete. Noticing that at the point of application is too late; the system shows every candidate's shortfall from the start.
Absence and make-up rules can change with regulation; we enter the rule definitions with you at installation and updating them when they change is your responsibility. The system checks against the defined rule — it does not interpret regulation.
Pass rates differ by instructor.
Two instructors at the same school can have noticeably different driving-test pass rates. Knowing that isn't about blaming an instructor — it's about understanding what they do differently.
In this illustrative table one instructor sits 16 points below the average. The cause is usually not incompetence but being given the candidates who struggle, or fewer practice hours before the test. Seeing the number starts that conversation.
Fees are paid in instalments — don't track them by hand.
Driving school fees usually come in three or four instalments, with the last falling just before the test. Finding out whose payment is short at the point of application makes it hard for everyone.
Overdue instalments land on a list and reminders can be sent. Payment status also shows on the test application screen — seeing both together prevents the argument at the counter.

Medical certificate, background check, diploma and photograph in the file. Candidates with missing documents are flagged on the enrolment list.
Timetable and registers
Theory registers are taken by QR code or list, and absences are recorded automatically.
Vehicle and fuel tracking
Hours used and fuel consumed per vehicle, producing a cost per driving hour.
Instructor schedules
Teaching load and availability are defined; two candidates cannot be booked into the same hour.
Candidate portal
Candidates see remaining hours, test date and payment on their phone. The number of calls to the school drops noticeably.
Test reminders
Reminders go to candidate and instructor before the test; a candidate who misses it loses both the fee and their place in the queue.
Questions
Does it submit to the ministry system?
No. Official notifications go through the ministry's own system and should stay there. This software sets up in-school management: candidate tracking, scheduling, registers, collection and reporting. Some manual entry between the two may remain; we discuss which data can be exported as a file at installation.
Does the system know the mandatory hours?
We define hour and absence rules with you at installation. Updating them when regulation changes is your responsibility; the system shows shortfalls against the defined rule and warns at the point of application.
We have vehicle trackers — do driving hours come in automatically?
Some tracking providers offer data sharing; tell us which you use and we'll confirm compatibility. Without transfer, the instructor marks the start and end of a lesson on their phone — recorded with time and location.
Can candidates see their own information?
They can. Remaining hours, test date and payment status on their phone. Those three questions occupy a school most, and showing them cuts the call traffic.
How many candidates and branches?
No limit, and no per-user fee. With several branches, each runs its own term and vehicles.
Is the instructor pass-rate report fair?
A raw number on its own isn't fair, and we say so on the page — the distribution of struggling candidates may not be even across instructors. The report is a conversation starter, not a performance grade. How you use it is your management decision.
